Nique Love Rhodes is a hip-hop artist/performer, record producer, social entrepreneur, and community advocate hailing from Detroit. Her specialty is creating music that not only promotes social consciousness and responsibility, but elevates positive vibrations within the universal collective conscience. Through her music, Rhodes inspires people to affect positive change in the world.

In her self-released debut, Against All Odds, Rhodes exhibits her strong musical abilities through songs that spread love, hope, and unity. She continues this trend on the recently released live album The NLR Experience, which features and is titled after her band. Both albums are available on all streaming platforms.

The band’s live performances highlight Rhodes’s artistry and are known to be bold, empowering, and demand the audience’s attention. The group’s next scheduled performance will be on September 8 at Dally in The Alley. The show begins at 6:30pm on the Forest Stage.

While positive oriented music is the forefront of her brand, Rhodes extends her passions to uplifting initiatives in the community. She recently launched her nonprofit, Rise Up Higher, which aims to use music as a tool for social good. Rhodes is also the co-founder of D.Cipher, an organization of musicians that are dedicated to the development of Detroit’s music economy.
