Stay creative during quarantine with these Free and Discounted Design Resources
COVID-19 has impacted us all in some way, shape, or form and everyone is doing what they can to maintain some sense of normalcy in their day to day. To help you keep the creative wheels turning during this time of isolation, below is a list of free and discounted design resources that we hope you will find useful.
1. Adobe Creative Cloud Discounts
In a letter posted on its website, Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen detailed several recent programs put in place to aid its design community. Through May 31, 2020 students who used the software via their school’s license now have free, personal access to the platform. The company’s online version of its PDF tools is free through May 31 as well. For the full list of programs, visit Adobe’s website here.

2. Adobe Summit
Be sure to mark your calendars for Adobe Summit. The conference was previously set to take place live in Las Vegas but will be hosted online instead. Tune in on March 31, 2020 at 8am PDT to watch powerful keynotes and product demos from Adobe leaders. The event is free for all to attend and you can register here.

3. Free Coloring Sheets by Mark Sarmel
If you are looking for a fun activity for the family or a way to quietly relax, Detroit based artist Mark Sarmel recently launched a coloring book featuring a collection of his never before seen artwork. 4. Affinity Product Sale
In support of those affected by COVID-19, Serif is offering a special deal on its entire suite of design tools which include Affinity Photo, Affinity Publisher, and Affinity Designer. 5. Design Cuts Freebies and Discounts
To help ease being in isolation, Design Cuts is hosting a free online Procreate event from March 23-27, 2020. The live sessions will feature powerful tutorials from artists such as Lisa Glanz, Ian Barnard, and Teela Cunningham. 6. Free Color Palettes
