Sisters x Design Seeks Artwork for Womens History Month Fundraiser

by | Mar 1, 2021 | Inspiration, Women's History Month

Sister organizations Femmecubator and Black Designers Ignite have teamed up to launch a special fundraiser through Sisters x Design, a newly formed community that celebrates sisterhood in design and tech. During Women’s History Month, the fundraiser is calling for artists to donate artwork that represents, celebrates, and uplifts creative women all over the globe.

Donated artwork will be printed on products for sale in Sister x Design’s online shop with proceeds being split 50/50 among Femmecubator and Black Designers Ignite. The ultimate goal of the fundraiser is to help cover the cost of stipends that will be paid to members of Femmecubator’s ‘Women Excel Labs’, and speakers for Black Designers Ignite’s upcoming ‘Speak On It!‘ event in April 2021.
